kids assembly and childcare

Childcare and kids programming will be provided AT NO COST. All children need a permission form (see below) filled out to participate in the program. Please return the permission form to reception@docpswr.org. For more information about childcare and children’s programming, contact Alex Alvarez at (626) 296-0385 / reception@docpswr.org.

Childcare for Infants through age 5
Childcare is available for children under the age of 5 in the Children’s Ministry Center. Space will be prioritized for those children who are pre-registered; childcare is not guaranteed for those who register on-site.

Ages 5 through 5th Grade
The Kids Assembly will take place in the Children’s Ministry Center and will include a variety of activities and crafts inspired by the assembly theme scriptures.

12:00 - 5:00 pm Kids Assembly and Childcare

5:00 - 6:15 pm Dinner with parents on site

6:15 - 7:30 pm Kids Assembly and Childcare (Closes 15 minutes after worship ends)

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 19

7:45 am - 12:30 pm Kids Assembly and Childcare

12:30 - 1:30 pm Lunch with parents on site

1:15 - 3:45 pm Kids Assembly and Childcare (Closes 15 minutes after worship ends)

All youth in grades 6 through high school seniors are encouraged to participate in the Youth Assembly for the day.

SERVICE PROJECT DONATIONS: Our service project for the Kid’s Assembly this year is collecting non-perishable food and craft materials for our Eastmont Community Center neighbors. We will have a collection box at the Regional Assembly. Even if you don’t have kids participating in the program, you can donate to the project.
